I have a son who will be enrolling in college in 2 years. I do not have a college savings for him. So Grants, Scholarships and loans are his options. No way, I can afford Romney and his less than moral ideas for the next generation. Sorry, But Obama has my vote. Education, Healthcare and National Security.

Nobody is forcing anyone to vote in any particular way. The NEA simply presents the alternatives and the practical implications of the issues and our votes.

As a parent with her last child in college, I can attest to the need for Pell grants and the devastation that the rising cost of college inflicts on students and parents.

So, Mitt Romney will not get my vote due to his position on this and many other issues.

Wow! You do know that not all educators are liberal, left wing Obama supporters, right? I, along with many other educators that I know, will be voting for Mitt Romney. This organization should really stop speaking on behalf of all educators. There are conseravative educators in our nation and I for one am tired of being dismissed and ignored by an association that claims to represent the best interest of all educators. This is a form of discrimination. The NEA should be ashamed.
