		<description><![CDATA[If this law goes through then the government should be required to provide state photo ids free of charge to all eligible residents who do not carry a driver&#039;s license.  They should also be required to provide transportation to those voters who need it in order to go to a state office to have their photo id made... free of charge.  And they should be required to do this before the election is held.  There should also be exemptions made for the elderly who may be too sick or hospitalized and usually send in their ballots because they cannot travel from their home or beds.]]></description>
